Remote Commands
The CONTROL screen displays a common list of devices.
Each item is described as follows:
SORT: Items that can be sorted by clicking on the item name

Types of Remote Control
Sync (iOS, Android and Windows)
Issue a Synchronize command. Although BizMobile Go! automatically synchronized with device per day, this command enables you to manually synchronize with real device.
Lock (iOS, Android and Windows)
Issue a Device Lock command. Device user needs to enter passcode to unlock if device has a passcode.
Restart (iOS, Android and Windows)
Issue a Restart command.
Note: Supervised / DeviceOwner is required.
Note: iOS device that is locked will not connect to the Wi-Fi network after restart.
Please note that if you restart the iOS device with only Wi-Fi network connection,
the device cannot communicate with the BizMobile Go! server until unlocking the device.
Wipe (iOS and Android, Windows10)
Issue a Device Wipe command that removes all data and deactivates the device. Wiped device is automatically withdrawn from BizMobile Go!. Device status is changed to Withdrawn.
Selective Wipe (iOS, Android, Windows 7 and Windows 10)
Issue a Selective Wipe command that removes all profiles and applications installed by BizMobile Go! except Remote Management Profile.
For Windows 7 device, BizMobile Go! supports data deletion configured by profile settings “Selective Wipe Folder”.
Clear (iOS and Android)
Issue a passcode clear command. Use this command in case device user forgets passcode. If device has a passcode policy, passcode setting prompt is showing until set passcode.
Withdraw (iOS, Android and Windows)
Issue a Device Withdraw command that remove device registration from BizMobile Go!
All managed profiles and applications are removed, too.
Admin Lock / Unlock (iOS and Android)
Issue a device lockdown command to iOS supervised devices which is iOS9.0 or later or android 5.x devices which is enabled device owner mode. This lockdown can be unlocked by device management operator only.
Operators can fetch the location for Admin Locked devices.(Android: Agent Version 1.6.6)

Step for Remote Commands
1. Go to CONTROL > select type of remote control from the menu. Select device you want to control by checkbox, and then press Execute button
2. System shows confirmation dialog

Click OK, system executes selected remote control command.
Click Cancel, do nothing and back to the device list screen.
Remote Lock/Wipe for macOS
MacOS device locking differs from other operating systems in that the passcode specified when locking must be entered on the management device when unlocking.
1. Go to CONTROL > select target device and click Execute button
2. Click OK in the confirmation dialog
3. Enter the 6-digit PIN code required to unlock the management device, check "I understand the above and have recorded the PIN" and click OK.

Remote Wipe requires this 6-digit PIN code to activate after the device restarts.
NOTE:
- The specified PIN code is not registered on the system management screen.
- Store it under strict conditions and inform the device owner.
